I honestly don’t know what to call this one so I’ve decided to call the ‘Lace Hose Trend’. These posts have been popping up across the feed on X for a couple of days. Am I complaining? No. Far from it. This ‘lace hose with shoe heel caught in the hose’ trend might be my favorite one of the year. (See what I’m saying about the name? It’s unruly. Too long)

Now, is this an organic trend or manufactured by some bots somewhere? I do not care. It’s sexy. And I’m not even a shoe/foot guy. I’m all about dat booty! You gotta give credit where credit it due though. These pics are great. No one’s getting hurt. And did I mention it’s sexy? It is.

This just in: November 2 is Tights Day in Japan. Now it all kind of makes sense. Just a couple of notes: Thank you Japan. And why isn’t this in America yet? On November 2, 2025, thousands of users on X celebrated Tights Day, a Japanese holiday honoring sheer legwear with photos, artwork, and themed outfits. Whew. Thought I was going crazy for a minute.
