America, it appears we have a Judge problem. Again.

It can’t be just me, right? It seems like every other day some judge, somewhere either dismisses a case or let’s some bad guys go free. It’s been insane to watch. It would appear, we have a judge problem in the U.S. Judges who think they’re the commander in chief. Judges who think they make policies. Maybe I’m an idiot but isn’t the law, the law? How much wiggle room do these ‘judges’ have? How do we make this stop? For real. Do we impeach? Is that a thing?

All I know is that I’m tired of everyday hearing about a new judge doing some crap that defies common sense. And just like media ‘mistakes’ these judges all seem to lean the same way. These judgements almost always favor some Dem policy.

Here’s a sample of the latest and greatest. And just FYI: Some of these judges never passed the BAR exam! LOL! How can they sit on the bench? Insane.

The judge had to throw this case out over how a lawyer was appointed. Yeah. Okay. Sure. Whatever. I guess ‘Without prejudice’ means they can refile the case.

Turns out, you can’t even wash a building in DC without a judge interfering.

It all feels like 2016 all over again. The Trump administration is tied up in court again and again. I’m kinda tired of it.

    UNBELIEVABLE!

Heard that Judge Sarah West was a former Barclays bank employee. (I.e., She was Barclays transactions manager). Maybe she some how managed to get paid off with some of that laundered Medicaid money giving her the incentive to over turn the jury’s verdict. Anything is possible. Right? 😳

According to Tamburino, Judge West said the state’s cased relied “heavily on circumstantial evidence” and that “the state did not exclude other reasonable, rational inferences”.

Umm. What other reasonable inferences were needed there was sufficient evidence? I mean for Pete’s sake the fake medical company scamming millions of taxpayers dollars was a mailbox… 🙄
