Holy crap. Watch the video. I haven’t been this excited about a burger…ever? It’s insane. I do not know why YouTube suggested this video for me, nor do I care. It happened and now I have the knowledge. YES!

Here’s what I love. Brutal honesty about weighing out the portions on meat. I am down with that. That’s no bullshit. Burgers are all about the ratios. It’s easy to forget. I’ve had some shitty expensive burgers because they didn’t respect the ratio. Screw those people. Guga gets it. Let’s measure out our portions. I will buy a scale just so I can make this burger.
