Who doesn’t want to know how to make a perfectly cooked steak with a cast iron skillet? This info is key. Especially now with winter firmly upon us. I don’t want to go outside and freeze my ass off by the grill. How about we stay INSIDE and make an awesome steak. That sounds waaaay better.

And let’s give it up for the return of the cast iron skillet. I can remember when they were an endangered species! You’d see one and think, “Holy crap. Who’s still using one of those?” Well they are back. As they should be. They are the Sherman Tank of your kitchen. Insanely durable and good for just about anything.
