Well, that looks fucking awesome! The trailer for Foundation the TV series based on the novels by Isaac Asimov is eye-popping! But here’s the catch: it’s on Apple TV. Womp, womp, womp…. That’s a hard pass from this guy.

How many streaming services am I expected to buy? Slow the hell down already! Please! We got the Netflix. We got the HBO Max. We got the Disney+. (Or is it Plus? Get your shit together, Disney.) We got too fucking many streaming services! We’re not saving money anymore! Everyone got tired of there cable bill being huge and now if you add up all the money for streaming services…it’s more! Fucking madness!
So, yes. Foundation looks fantastic. The cast, the production, the effects, all of it. But I’m drawing a line here. I won’t be adding Apple TV to my already long and expensive list of streaming services.
