I am a grown ass man. Been using charcoal grills for a long time. A looong time and this is the first occasion I’ve even heard about a two zone fire! You can push all the coals to one side! WTF! Why didn’t somebody tell me this sooner?

Big shout out to the peeps at Kingsford for the hook up! Now, that being said, I am legit ready to make chicken wings on a charcoal grill and not have them turn out like dry pieces of chicken-flavored leather. And now they won’t. Know why? I know how to make a two zone fire! Skadoosh!
