In mid-June, Logan Aldridge performed a one-armed clean & jerk of 225 pounds. And if that wasn’t enough, he only weighs 165 pounds.

According to BarBend, Aldridge performed the lift during the 2021 Bacon Beatdown competition in Daytona, Fla., which took place June 18-20. Aldridge posted video of the lift to his personal YouTube channel. And as the note on it says, he weighs in at 165 pounds.
BarBend reported that Aldridge “won this event en route to an overall runner-up finish.”
