Let’s dive into this one. The final trailer for Marvel’s Eternals. Now we aren’t hating it but we’re not over the moon excited either. It is what it is…for lack of a better term.

Just like comic books, the story is never over. There’s always a new villain. Always a new threat. This time we got the “Eternals” up against the “Deviants.” Okay…good enough. Here’s the problem: It feels like everything we’ve seen before. Hopefully there’s some legit surprises in store, but from the final trailer it looks like a standard issue Marvel movie.
We were holding out hope that the dude in the six-eyed, red helmet was Galactus, but it looks like that’s actually Eson the Searcher who was featured in a flashback in Guardians of the Galaxy, using a power stone to smash a planet. So…we’ll have to wait for Galactus I guess. Bummer.
