In a time where almost every other artist is going along with mandates and showing blind faith in big government, there have only been a handful of musicians that have pushed back. Who had the courage to stay true to their belief system. Eric Clapton and Van Morrison are two that come to mind. Two dudes who talk the talk AND walk the walk. When push came to shove, most “rebels” folded like deck chairs. Not Morrison and certainly not Clapton. They’re busy sticking to their guns and writing protest songs.
