We have a giant soft spot for the Metroid franchise. There. I said it. Come on, who didn’t just love this game back in the day? So, of course I was totally stoked to watch the latest trailer for Metroid Dread. Damn.

This looks like everything ya want from a Metroid game. Wonderfully old school. A side scroller baby! Let’s go. We’ll be keeping our eyes on this one in terms of sales and popularity. Can side scroller still be a huge success? We shall see. We hope so. Metroid is just too much fun!
