This is pure magic. In the new Beatles documentary Get Back, airing on Disney Plus, filmmaker Peter Jackson has uncovered the moment that Paul McCartney discovered, composed and wrote the hit song, “Get Back.”

It is a thing of wonder to watch. Paul picks up his bass and starts noodling. You can hear the basics of song in the chord changes. He knows he’s on to something. So, he keeps going. It’s fantastic to watch! That moment of discovery. The instant of creating something wonderful. An incredible thing to witness.
