Incredible George Harrison Songs for Sunday Jams

If you’re like me, you watched The Beatles: Get Back on Disney Plus. I dug it. One of the things I walked away with is a new admiration and respect for George Harrison. Dude was on his own. Paul and John were a songwriting team, and George was left to his own devices. He made some amazing music. He did his own unique and wonderful thing. That’s some powerful stuff.

That’s what I wanted to get into today. Not only George’s music but the lasting nature of it. So, check out these 3 tracks from a George Harrison tribute concert. All the heavy hitters are there. Clapton, McCartney, Ringo and more. It’s fantastic. The version of My Sweet Lord by Billy Preston (What a talent!!) especially stood out.

So, we’ll start there. Great stuff. Hope you dig it.
