Maybe the world just spins too fast now. It seems like terrorist attack in Paris at the Eagles of Death Metal show was just the other day. It was in 2015 though, at the Bataclan theater in Paris. 2015! Wow. It still seems like yesterday. I was listening to some EOD this morning and wondering how the band was doing. If they had new music on the way. Then my thoughts went to the show in Paris, and I just hoped the dudes were alright. It’s hard to imagine going through what they were faced with that night. Then I found this documentary: Eagles of Death Metal: Nos Amis (Our Friends) a film by Clin Hanks. It came out in 2017. It takes a look at the band, the attack and the aftermath. Originally on HBO it’s now out on Blu-ray. Check it out. Looks pretty good.
