This is welcome bit of good news. The Batman is going to be available on HBO Max April 19th. Way sooner than we thought. I dig it. Let’s keep this quick turnaround trend going. Sure, still do the big theatrical release and your giant premiers. That’s great. Then let that baby stream ASAP so the insanely busy people can plop down in front of thier big screens and watch from the comfort of home. I got no problem with this one. Yes, we’ll still go out to the movies for the shared experience with a packed house of strangers. That will never go out of style. But having the option of watching from home? Winner.
