Here comes Valentines Day! You’ve got some decisions to make. Flowers? Sure. Chocolate? Of course. Now you’ll want to make sure your sex appeal is at a maximum so yeah, you’re all about the lingerie. Something tasteful, sexy and not too over the top. Good call. However, if you’re considering some bedazzled headgear? We’re going to advise you to pass. As a dude, I’ve never once thought “She’s smoking hot in that lingerie but what would really seal the deal is a bunch of shiny wire all over her face.” That’s never happened. Scientifically, accessories themselves do not make someone more attractive or look luxurious- people tend to mentally process another person as a whole. The gestalt matters, and that’s a wonderful thing.
