I’m on the road at the moment or I’d do it myself, but someone needs to make this chicken ‘toastie’ sandwich. Hot damn. This is a video I just stumbled across, and I got to admit, the idea of grilling a chicken salad sandwich never occurred to me. Until now. But this changes everything. Damn that looks good.
