What a find. I stumbled upon this piece of absolute goodness by chance last night and knew I wanted to share it right away. Here’s ‘I’ll see you in my dreams’ by Joe Brown, performed at a concert for George, the celebration of the life of George Harrison. I’m not sure if you could pick a better song than ‘I’ll see you in my dreams”. It’s just perfection. Something about the stripped-down simplicity of the Ukulele just hits different. It’s magic. I find it hard not to smile when I hear it, even though it’s heartbreaking. That’s something only music can do. And just a wonderful performance. What a fantastic tribute and celebration. ‘I’ll see you in my dreams’ has just become one my all-time favorites. Thank you, Joe Brown. What a great thing you have done.
