We have so many questions about the weather in Dubai. What is going on? Is this Cloudseeding gone wrong? And by cloudseeding we mean manmade rain. We’ve been seeing a lot of crazy Dubai flooding and storm videos on social media, so we thought we’d open thing up for discussion. And for the sake of the argument. If this is, indeed, weather manipulation gone wrong, perhaps we should rethink any plans of doing this kind of thing in the future? Just an idea. Looking at you, Bill Gates.

I’ve seen some blaming climate change when the cause is actually from the use of weather modification.
