Maybe you watched the debate last night. Maybe you didn’t. Maybe you’re like a lot of people and you have busy life, and you decided to just watch the highlights and maybe see what the pundits are saying about the candidate’s performance. If that’s the case, I have some news for you. You are the precise audience the show was made for. You are an independent thinker. You keep one eye on politics. And it’s your vote that could very well sway the election! Thanks for being here by the way! Trump came out on top. So did you, if you like the truth.
Here’s what you need to know now: The ‘winner’ of the debate was Trump. I say this for a lot of reasons. Yes, there’s the ‘3 on 1, legacy media moderators’ angle. But the more important factor is the fact checking. Or lack of it. As America wakes up to skim the political headlines, the fact checks will slowly but surely take center stage. Like this one about the ‘Very Fine People’.
This is a classic example of the ‘Fact Check’ that the media let’s slide. It has been debunked over and over again. Even Snopes has called it false.
So if what Kamala claimed is so provably false, why would ABC let her make that claim and not push back? Why did Chris Wallace bring up the ‘very fine people’ hoax in the 2020 debate between Trump and Biden? Because they know it will make people angry. If a President had said what they claim he said? Holy shit! No one would vote for that guy. It would be insane! The media lets the ‘very fine people’ lie play out for that very reason. It makes you mad. Anger. The emotional response will work and you won’t vote for Trump. Tada!
This is the point where things get really interesting! When you start doing your own fact checking about crap like this. Now you see for yourself that they knew it was a lie and let it go. The media! The news people! What in the Sam Hill?! Why would they do that? You know the answer just like I do: They have picked sides and just want you to vote for the person they are pushing. In this case Kamala, last time it was Joe. It really doesn’t matter does it? What does matter is none of this is about truth or actual facts. It’s about convincing people to vote a certain way. And it must be pretty effective up until now.
Now we live in an age where people are pushing back and exposing the bias. Some people even provide video clips! HA! Not too long ago, the media would play this game of ‘Sorry, we made a mistake’ and apologize days later. Now we live with almost instant access to proof of what the truth is. The people of the internet love the truth. Social media is blazing with fact checkers today. That is how Trump won the debate. Facts are stubborn things. And lies tend to piss people off. And when you start to get curious about how many lies the media has been a part of and how long it’s been going on? Wow. Now you’re really going to get upset.
In closing, here we are, talking about the media bias and Trump. We aren’t’ talking about Kamala Harris and her plan. Know why? She didn’t present one in any detail. We’re supposed to just glaze over that part. The ‘Debate’ last night was about making people angry. What they didn’t count on was where that anger would be directed. It’s landing at the media’s doorstep and that is really good news! The story today is about media bias. That’s how Trump ‘won’ the debate. And it’s a really big win for Americans and free thinkers around the world.
