Yeah. I’m really looking for to this movie. Here’s the newest trailer for Joker: Folie a Deux. That’s Life. Just know that from here on in I’m going to call it Joker part 2 or Joker 2. Why? Kinda lazy and my skill as a typist isn’t all that great. Tada! Honestly! Okay, here we go. Here’s what I love about this whole Joker part 2 thing: Ambition. When Todd Phillips made the first Joker for a nickel, I was so wonderfully surprised at how good of a film it was. And it was better than a movie. It was cinema. It was art. That first Joker movie was (and is) wonderful. Great cast. Great story. Incredible camera work.
The way the camera moves in Joker and the framing is a thing all its own. Now we get to Joker 2 and this film is bringing some sweet cinematography as well. This trailer is chock full of great shots. Now you add in the movie is a musical? WTF? Let’s go! Swinging for the fences! I love the ambition. Someone still loves movies and it’s refreshing to see. Joker: Folie a deux hits theaters on Oct. 4th, 2024. I’ll be watching this one in the theater. This is a movie.
