Life is short. No one is promised a tomorrow. Which leads me to this: Do you want to devote any time to show that’ getting leveled by critics and fans? The new Tomb Raider animated show from Netflix is looking like a hard pass for me. Why waste the time? Sure, I watched a few episodes of Disney Star Wars, Acolyte and it sucked. Also? Amazon’s Rings of Power got me for 2 episodes it was another season of crap. Will I waste my precious time on Netflix Tomb Raider? Nope. Especially not after reviews like this from Asmongold.

And here’s a serious question: Do these execs and showrunners even take fans into account at all? It seems all of these franchises are just put through a woke lens and slapped on TV. It boggles my mind. How many more franchises will be thrown on the altar of identity politics? And if you disagree and if Tomb Raider is fantastic and worth a watch? Let me know! I will come running to it’s defense.

So, there’s that. Now mind you, there are a great many Lara Croft and Tomb Raider fans who wanted something more like this… not judging. Just saying.
