Now we’re getting somewhere. Here’s the trailer for season 2 of Silo on Apple TV. Let’s just say that things are getting interesting. We’ll be watching. If you haven’t seen season 1? Go watch. It’s a good show and this little post is going to have a teeny spoiler. Like: The fact that there is a season 2 at is a spoiler unto itself.
See, the show is the story of the last people left on earth. Something really bad happened and if you leave the silo, you die. Because… it’s bad out there. Now comes the big question: IS it really bad out there? Or are we just dealing with some power-hungry wackos that don’t want to let go of control? And can you think of a better metaphor for the covid lockdowns? It’s perfect. That’s what drew me into the show in the first place. I thoroughly enjoyed season one. It was a pleasant surprise. Season 2 of Silo starts streaming on Apple TV November 15.
