Trump won the election in a landslide and wants Pete Hegseth to be the Defense Secretary. Mr. Hegseth is more than qualified for the job. Now, for some reason there are members of the GOP who are hesitant for confirm Hegseth for the position.

The internet is, shall we say, abuzz with reaction to the hesitancy from a certain segment of the GOP as it comes to Pete Hegseth’s nomination. (I’ll keep it polite as much as possible)

The question of course is: Why? Why wouldn’t they want Hegseth? He’s qualified. Could it be they really don’t want an effective leader in the position? That’s how it looks. Now, why wouldn’t ‘Conservatives’ want an effective leader who was nominated by a President who won in a landslide? Well, perhaps they aren’t really conservatives. Aha! Maybe they are Republicans in Name Only, or RINOs. They would be far more interested in putting someone weak and malleable in the Defense Dept. That person would be the Status Quo person and keep all that Defense Dept. War spending going strong. But that’s not what ‘We the People’ want.

That’s where the RINO’s messed up. “We the people” have the internet and as opposed to the days of yore, we have all the info and history at our fingertips. The people aren’t waiting to see what the NYT’s has to say. The New York Times doesn’t matter. We make our own decision based off of facts and history that haven’t gone through the legacy media machine.

In other words, these RINO politicians are going to be called out. And replaced by people who actually believe in the concepts they said they would support. It’s a messy thing to watch but it’s also beautiful. This is how this country is supposed to work! We send people to DC to do our bidding. If they don’t do that? Bye, bye. It’s that simple. So, if you’re not going to support Hegseth? You better have a reason that is SO good, you convince us all. Or find a new line of work.
