It’s one of those headlines that instantly enrages you. So much so, you start to doubt if it’s real. Sadly, this one is. The state of Michigan has plans to clear 400+ acres of forest for a solar farm. It’s madness. Absolutely maddening. Have they used up all the spaces currently occupied by buildings and homes? Does every damn roof in Michigan have solar panels? Are we to believe there’s nowhere else to put these panels?

I’m not anti-solar. Even in a state like Michigan where it doesn’t get a buttload of sun in the winter months. I’m one of those let’s use it all type fellas. Nuclear, Gas, Coal, Solar etc. But for the love of all that’s holy, you don’t chop down a forest for solar panels, you lazy pieces of shit. The whole idea is to save the natural environment!

The people of Michigan need to speak up. The sensible, nature loving people who actually care about the trees and natural beauty and animals. This solar panel plan is a disaster! What can live there? This plan is an outrage and needs to be stopped.
