As the internet and social media are all still abuzz about the truly bizarre meeting between Zelensky and the Trump Administration yesterday, I thought now would be a good time to talk about the reality of the situation in Ukraine. Let’s start with some back story. How did the war in Ukraine begin? When were the seeds planted that lead to Russia invading? That seems important.

But wait, there’s more! Some big brain people in the ol’ US of A have been playing games in Ukraine. Don’t forget that little part.
Okay. Hopefully we can all agree on some kind of shared reality. Russia didn’t just wake up one afternoon and invade Ukraine for no reason.
Now we all recognize that we’ve been giving Ukraine a boat load of cash and weapons, yeah? All of that cash is very fluid, and weapons can be sold etc. Some groups of absolute ghouls have been making money by imposing their will and world view on a group of strangers. They don’t care about body counts and death. These people are certain that they are right, and they are making money from the conflict.
Why would they want that to end? The deaths of thousands of people don’t bother them. There’s apparently no moral compass at play. And it’s important to ask yourself if Ukraine can win? Can Ukraine beat Russia back to pre-invasion borders? I don’t think they can.
It’s folly. It’s crazy. For Zelensky to push back on America, his biggest supporter, is truly bizarre.

So, you want to keep fighting an unwinnable war? Who benefits from that? The more I think about it, the more I think the whole Oval Office was a piece of Political Theater. It might have worked too a few years ago. The media has changed dramatically in the last 2 years. The reality that the legacy media and big brain types want you to believe has been pushed aside by actual reality. The blinders are off and a new day is here.
Let’s talk peace with Ukraine and Russia. That’s it. Time to embrace reality and move forward.
