Harry Nilsson on Sunday Jams

It is May the 4th and we have a spectacular musical throwback for you. We don’t talk about this artist enough or his music. Today? That changes. Here’s Harry Nilsson on Sunday Jams. What is up with this guy? His music feels like it’s so specifically locking into a certain time in American history, but you listen, and you realize just how time-less it is. Dude had some incredible songs. Lots of them. Insane amounts of talent. So, here’s Harry Nilsson on Sunday Jams. Hope you’re having a great day!

PS. Is ANYONE doing anything close this nowadays? For real. Is this songwriting just an American 1970’s thing? For real. What do you think happened?

I forgot how much I like “Jump into the Fire”. This is one of those amazing tunes that producers use little clips from for fun sequence and those who don’t know will go nuts trying to find it. Then comes the dive into the madness that is Harry Nilsson. Thanks!

Thank YOU! Glad you’re here. I wonder why Nilsson doesn’t seem to get the same accolades as other artists from that era. Dude was insanely gifted!
