Here’s my issue with this post: I’m not a fan of the Gulf Coast of Florida. Maybe that’s heresy, but I like my ocean to move. The Gulf of America’s waters are just way to calm for me. Now, I understand a lot of people like the gulf. That’s cool. You do you. Go to the beaches you like.

I’d like to go ahead and add Pensacola Beach to the “FL Beaches on the Gulf of America” list. It’s a bit more quaint compared to the larger, more populated areas. The beach is so pristine and the times I’ve visited, not overly crowded. I’m sure major holidays are the exception. Pensacola is also homebase to the Blue Angels so seeing a flyover, even if just for practice, is likely while spending time there!
