Here’s some good news! If you’re like me and you were a bit… concerned about the CGI for Superman’s Dog, Krypto, I think you’ll be pleased with the latest footage. Check it out. Krypto is getting “fixed. Take a look.

There’s still a few cuts in this clip that are a bit ‘iffy’, but overall, it’s a big improvement. That bodes well for Krypto. And the whole new Superman movie.

And for the record: I’m on team Krypto. Even as a kid, reading Superman comics, I’ve been on team Krypto. I like the idea of Superman having a dog! Is it kinda crazy? Sure. But let’s not go crazy with comic book logic. Deal? Thanks.

And if James Gunn just wan’t to manipulate us as an audience with a loveable creature that doesn’t speak that we all root for? So be it! I worked for Groot. It should work for Krypto. (As long as he looks like a real dog) And I’m not complaining about Groot. They danced on the edge of making Groot a bit too precious at times, but overall? I like him! Long live Groot and long live Krypto!
