Good morning all you sexy heathens! It’s a gorgeous day here at TLP world HQ and I woke up inspired. I had the wild idea to highlight fantastic live albums. Once upon a time, bands would perform live… record it… and that would be a ‘live’ album. Not sure if anyone does that anymore. That’s a bummer. So let this post be a reminder that live albums need to be a thing again.
This week? It’s Talking Heads ‘Stop Making Sense’. Incredible live album and feature film/documentary. Every track is a winner. It’s a divine live album.
