One used to be able to buy a “Four Flushers’ License” in the cities of the North East.
It was a small paper card about 5.5×3.5″, bought for a nickel from a vending machine. This was a license to con, fake, lie, and cheat, and to tell them where to get off if they didn’t like it. Of course this was all a joke. Or was it?
It would appear that Zohran and his comrades retain their Four Flusher’s Licenses to this day. I guess it’s better than Moloch. A little better.
