We’ll try to find a balance in this little post about A.I. and GROK. This will be a bit of everything. Mostly deep concern though. Yesterday, the A.I. program known as GROK went rogue. At one point it was referring to itself a mecha-hitler. Do i personally find the idea of mecha-hitler funny? Yes. I do. It’s all funny until it’s not. Let’s dive into grok and what the hell it was doing yesterday.
Now for the deeply disturbing part: What if an A.I went wild, and we couldn’t stop it? That really the only question you should be concerned with. That’s the question I’ve been asking for years now. We, as the human race, are playing around with fire. And this fire might not want to ever go out or change. And this fire can fight back. AI is unlike any other tool humanity has ever invented. It will surpass us. We better just hope it want’s us around and won’t go off the rails.
And this racist AI thing has been happening… a LOT.
The AI learns from humans and humanity is deeply flawed. Let’s just say that.
