Big win for Trump in NY fraud case. Now… let’s discuss justice.

Buckle up, buttercup. The tides are shifting, and some people should mentally prepare themselves for what’s coming. Ready? Okay. A NY Appeals Court threw out the $500 million dollar penalty in the fraud case. They said it was ‘excessive’. We all on the same page? Good.

Now, here comes the next part: The whole fraud case. It’s a panel of judges that reviews these matters and since there wasn’t a majority reached in Thursday’s decision, the case can automatically qualify to be heard in the Empire State’s top court — the New York Court of Appeals.

Here’s another interesting notion: Will Tish James and the people who brought this case be investigated? They should be. When a case like this is brought up in the first place, and the timing is so suspect. Right in the middle of a Presidential campaign, and the penalty is thrown out. And the case is going to be heard on appeal from a higher court, you have to question the entire thing.

In this whole ‘legal’ affair, there is no injured party. There is no victim. I would argue that the whole thing was done to drag the Trump name through the mud and affect the outcome of an election. And that, kids is no bueno. That calls for a legit investigation. Whose idea was it? Was money involved? All of the above. And if someone is found guilty? Jail. Lots of jail. It’s not revenge or retribution. It’s about finding out who wanted to change the course of American politics and affect elections.

Just the fact that the penalty got thrown out should be an eyeopener for people. This was never about ‘Justice’. It was about affecting the outcome of an election. So, now there needs to be a penalty phase for the people who orchestrated this piece of legal theater.

Interference with elections, the perjury of that judge and Leticia’s frauds. Plenty of felonies to go around. Smells like red-flavored treason.
