Let’s take a moment to celebrate sports and people who play them. With a spotlight on the ladies of sport. The grace, the beauty, the power of athletic ability. And another thing: Coordination. Coordination is hot. Sure, there’s the fit part of the equation, but the physical coordination to do a difficult task that you’ve set your mind to is just… well… hot. That’s a big plus!

So, let’s doff our caps to some ladies in sports with mad skills. You’re awesome. We see ya and we dig it!

On the other hand, I find rock climbing to be one the exceptions to the rule. The kind of mental focus combined with strength; I find off putting. There. I said it. It’s disturbing. If you’re in a relationship with a rock climber? Good luck. Check the ceiling when you come home late. They might be up there. Just angry and waiting.
