Yesterday started like any other day. Most of the talk was about the looming government shutdown. Then… Somethings happened. The President posted a video of an AI altered Chuck Schumer and Hakeem Jeffries wearing a sombrero. After that, there was no looking back. The sombrero memes had dominated social media. It was: The day of the sombrero.
As a note, just in case anyone was wondering. One of the ‘key’ sticking points to the government shutdown (might do a post about that later) is the Republicans saying the Dems want to give free healthcare to Illegals. That’s where the sombrero kicks in. However, I enjoy the meme’s all by themselves. It’s funnier without the context in my opinion.
Hilarious? Yes. But wait, there’s more. So much more.
Here’s a good rule of thumb: Don’t let whoever is teasing you know they got under your skin. Once they know it’s bothering you? It just became a much bigger deal. Hence:
