Coyote vs ACME – Trailer. Hell yes.

Let’s go! Here’s the trailer for Coyote vs ACME. And guess what? I am into this flick 100%! Just the fact that they got WB to release it feels like a huge victory! I have no clue why WB would sit on this flick and let die in a vault somewhere. Who know what the reasoning is. But does Coyote vs ACME look like it sucks? Hell nah! This looks like a fun day at the movies! And look at all the cameos!

Someday we’ll get the whole story of why this movie was pulled. But for now? Let’s enjoy the trailer for Coyote vs ACME. The movie comes out August 28th.

Holy Crap, this looks pretty damn good, the kind of movie we could kick back and laugh our asses off!
Why the hell WB would sit on a movie like this is beyond me, BUT if it’s coming out in August,
    Buddy, I’m there!!!

I’m kind of surprised Warner sat on this for however long as I worked for them on different
projects and WB seemed like a pretty cool company and still in touch with a couple of people there.
Some other work I did for companies like Sony and UMG, lets just say those projects had their
    challenges at times.

    Let’s go Wile E. Coyote…. Super Genius!!!!

It seems like everyone is rallying around this flick. It’s now the little guy vs the big corporation. LOL!
What were doing over at sony? If ya don’t mind spilling the beans.

My daughter, Lindsay worked on this project in Albuquerque a few years ago. It got caught up in studio politics and other BS and got shelved and became a tax write-off for Warner Brothers. Lindsay was so upset she posted a “crew reel” on her social media. A crew reel is basically behind the scenes footage or the workers (not actors) and did not include any sets or proprietary information/designs. Warner Brothers had their goon lawyers come after her telling her to take it down. She even got written top in the New York Times as an “undisclosed crew member”. It was a wild ride for all of us, but the film was eventually sold, and she just informed me it is hitting the theaters this summer!

Here is her Crew Reel that almost got her in trouble.

That is outstanding! The crew reel. Not the goon lawyers. Ha! What a fun production! And your daughter made a most excellent reel! She also has great taste in music! Am looking forward to seeing this one in the theaters! Thanks so very much for sharing this! Awesome stuff! Talented people!

O M G, for those of us of a “certain age,” this looks freaking amazing! To relive those days of Saturday morning cartoons coupled with some adult humor and hopefully enough inuendo to make some of the tender types blush would be absolutely incredible. Hopefully they’ll use the right character sounds and voices to make this as nostalgically genuine as possible. This is definitely a BIG SCREEN event so no waiting for the sofa streaming. I am a whole lot excited about this one. Thank you!

yes indeed! and the idea of the little guy standing up to the big corporate giant is pretty dang timely too. Even if we’re the coyote in the metaphor. LOL!

This is the way to have some real fun!
