Oh boy, looks like the Governor of California is in some hot water with the Dept. of Justice. Actually, it’s Gavin Newsom and his wife who are in the hot seat. Looks like there are some questions about a bunch of money and an NGO and all that murky stuff.
Now comes the part where the spin really starts. Gavin has opted for a ‘Trump is out to get me’ narrative. But even CNN knows that this investigation was started under the Biden Administration. Ouch. Let’s take a look at what’s going on in Gavin-world and the reaction from around the internet! That sounds fun!
This is worth noting as well. You get caught doing something super shady and then your political buddies hit you with a teeny fine. Then you can pay the fine and never talk about it again, claiming that it’s old news and not worth discussing. Classic move. Worked very well for Hillary Clinton with some outrageous shenanigans during the 2016 election.
Here’s Hillary’s fine. She paid for the dossier that kicked off the whole Russian collusion story. That was a bit of an oopsie daisy. She had to pay a whooping 8 grand… that’s it. However, most people still don’t know.

Did this write off get approved by the State, Federally, or both. The tax attorney has to supply adequate receipts and build a case for the non for profit LLC and prove his case is valid. Follow the $ trail. Steve does this for a living, but is ethical as u know. We are doing this now for multiple chip and semi conductor companies. Easier to prove, because it is a research and development credit. When I was employed for a Swim Club, Steve made me a contractor. Using me as a legal tax- break. We were a non for profit entity. I usually bought stuff for the team with my salary anyway. I do not know the State Tax laws for California. Seems like fraud could be proved rather easily if they follow the receipts. LLC’s can be ur friend if done legally. You usually need a lot of proof to get that write off.
I think at the end of the day all of this NGO and Non-profit BS will be ‘legal’. It will all be protected under the letter of the law. It’s just disgusting. I’m sure it’s probably ‘legal’ for someone to raise 8 million for a charity and keep 7.9 million for themselves. It’s just disgusting a most people have no clue about it. They have no idea the extent of this absolute shit show. Just my opinion.
As much as I can’t stand her, you got to give HRC some credit for staying out of prison for so long; being “Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon” away to many “unfortunate instances” in recent history. Regardless, it’s obvious that Gavin still thinks he will get a pass …. I pray he doesn’t.
