This may have been the best weekend for X in its history. The long weekend of celebrating 250 years of American goodness was close to perfect on the social media platform. The algorithm was dialed in over here. Whenever you looked at the app, it was a consistent stream of patriotic goodness. Flyovers, fireworks, red, white and blue bikinis, tall ships. It was just epic and I thought I’d recognize.
Can it be like this all the time? Sadly no. It would lose the magic. You’d get used to it and then it would lose its shine. It’s specialness. But hot damn if for 3 days, the X feed came through and really delivered!
Here’s some highlights.
It just went on and on like this. You could scroll for hours, and it just got better and better. Every time you checked your phone there were new levels of American awesomeness. Good times. An X feed for the ages. We here at The Loftus Party like to think we did our part too.
