This is just a heads up to all the sane, rational people out there. People with just the slightest knowledge of how something is sold under the guise of public safety and is quickly used against the populace. It happens. From time to time, it happens. You probably want to fight these Flock Cameras with everything you got. Get loud. Be heard. The Flock Cameras and the potential downside is crazy.
Flock Cameras were sold to the public as ‘License Plate Readers’. Huh. Do you think that’s all they record? That the only thing they are capable of recording is license plates? It’s a camera. What can a camera record? Everything. Now all you need is some AI and some Data Centers and you know who is going where and when. What they are wearing. Everything. It’s a terrifying notion. But flock cameras are a big step towards a surveillance state and that, kids, is no bueno. But at least no one can shut your car off remotely. Doh! They’d never do that? Right? Anyway.
