  1. A federal judge is not just some judge in some county. At the lowest level it would be one of 94 District Courts.

    Yeah, why didn’t Republicans do more to legally circumvent whoever was running the country under Biden? Why did they fold on FISA renewal and expansion? Because they aren’t interested in protecting Free Speech, they just have different targets on which to use the same tools of repression.
