Back in 2019, Morgan Cooper put out a trailer for a hypothetical remake of Will Smith’s 1990s TV series The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. The hook was that he reimagined the series as a drama instead of a sitcom. It was popular enough that it caught Smith’s attention. And according to a report by Variety today, people are now trying to turn that hypothetical series into a real one, with Smith supposedly being on board as an executive producer.
