New Legend: Rampart

The new Legend in Season 6 of Apex Legends is Rampart. Her passive ability gives LMG’s more ammo and faster reload. Her tactical ability allows her to put up amped walls (max of 5). These amped walls act as a barrier between you and your opponents; you can shoot through them but the enemies can’t. Shooting through an amped wall makes the bullets do more damage.

For Rampart’s ultimate ability, she can put up a turret. This turret has a bunch of ammo and deals loads of damage, combine that with the amped walls and Rampart is almost unstoppable. Rampart is definitely a great legend to play as. (RELATED: Paper Mario: The Origami King Review!)

New Weapon: The Volt

The new weapon this season is the Volt. This weapon was originally in Titanfall 2 and Respawn decided to add it to Apex Legends. The Volt is an energy SMG that is very good to use due to its high rate of fire and pretty decent damage.

Map Changes

All across World’s Edge there are these new Hammond Facilities, (Launch Site, Staging, Countdown). They are massive structures that have tons of loot. The most interesting new location, Launch Site, has a massive rocket. (I wonder what that will be used for??)

Crafting Stations

Crafting Stations allow for players to upgrade armor and craft different items mid-game. These upgrades and items can be crafted with materials. Materials are found in loot bins and specific material chests.

Armor Changes

All the armor is now Evo armor meaning it can be upgraded in crafting stations or by dealing a certain amount of damage to opponents. (RELATED: TLP The Guys: Apex Legends Season 6 Stream!)
