We can’t stop listening to “Comin’ Home Baby” by…wait for it…Mel Torme. Yes, Mel Torme. Good lord we dig this song! Who knew? For real. Who? We had no idea that Mel Torme was even capable of this much coolness. Shame on us I guess.

Somebody knew, though. This song is so strong it stopped me in my tracks last night. It was in the BACKGROUND of a scene from the Disney+ show The Falcon and the Winter Soldier. A bad guy had it playing in his lab as our heroes entered. I had to pause the show and Shazam it! HA! No lie. I was literally all, “What the fuck IS THAT?!” Imagine my surprise when it popped up as Mel Torme!
