We’re in. We are digging what we’re seeing. The Venom: Let There Be Carnage trailer is looking good. Could Tom Hardy actually get his own franchise? Looks like it. Good for him.

Now we do have questions, though. Like will they be able to fold Venom into the MCU? That was a big fat Sony logo at the start of the trailer. That may be problematic. Also, what was up with the preamble to the trailer? There was a pre-trailer trailer, right? “Trailer…Starts…Now…” That was stupid. Don’t do that again. Really dumb. That was actually such a lame grasp at hype that it actually de-hyped the trailer.

That being said? I’m in. Bring on Carnage and Venom 2!
