Someone posted some on-set pics and now we know what Michael Keaton’s Batman (or at least Bruce Wayne) is driving in his latest onscreen appearance–a Mercedes-Maybach. Holy crap! Look at this thing!

The Maybach was introduced as a concept car a few years ago and we want this baby to go into production! An all-electric vehicle, it was meant to be competition to Tesla. Mercedes’s way of saying, “Look what we could do.” Well do it! It’s completely badass. Who cares if it’s so long it would feel like you’re driving a torpedo? It’s fuckin’ COOL!

Can automakers please take more risks like this? That’s what we want. We all don’t want to drive a Prius. We want cool shit like the Mercedes-Maybach. Guess we’ll have to wait for The Flash movie to watch Michael Keaton drive it. Bummer. It should be us.
YES! Agreed. Think that’s what I love so much about it. That’s also what makes it such a good look for Batman, totally fits with an updated look to 1930’s original car.
