Gamers loved the Uncharted video game series. Now, it’s a forthcoming, live-action movie, starring Tom Holland and Mark Wahlberg. And Sony Pictures just released the first trailer for it.

The film is based off of Naughty Dog’s Uncharted video game series and follows Nathan Drake played by Tom Holland as he searches across the globe in pursuit of treasure.
The official description states, “Based on one of the best-selling, most critically acclaimed video game series of all time, Uncharted introduces audiences to the young street-smart Nathan Drake (Tom Holland) and showcases his first treasure hunting adventure with wisecracking partner Victor “Sully” Sullivan (Mark Wahlberg).”
“In an action-adventure epic that spans the globe, the two go in dangerous pursuit of “the greatest treasure never found” while also tracking clues that may lead to Nathan’s long-lost brother,” the description concludes.
The film is currently set to hit theaters on Feb. 18, 2022.
And if you’re up for a little bit of fun, check out the short, live-action, fan film of Uncharted below. It stars Nathan Fillion and was released in 2018. And it’s pretty good.
