This is wild. Ever heard of the Edelman Trust Barometer? We hadn’t. Who knew? They have been conducting surveys and studying trust for the last 20 years. They just came out with their latest findings. The majority of people across the globe feel that are being misled by journalists, government leaders, and business executives.
The survey found that 67 percent of people globally are “convinced” they are being “purposely” misled by journalists and reporters, which is up from 2021 by about 8%.
I think it’s all wonderfully good news. I just wish the numbers were higher! We are overdue for some serious questioning of pretty much everything. No one wants propaganda. Just give us the facts and we will make our own decisions. We simply can’t continue to function as a society with 2 realities. It just won’t work. So, good for the people of planet earth.
