Ever hear a song that, regardless your state of mind, just makes you smile a little wider and lifts your spirits a little higher every time it pops on the radio? One of those songs for me is the recent feel-great tune from The 502s, “Just a Little While.” Here they are jammin’ in their van:

If you haven’t heard of The 502s, they’re an upbeat indie folk band from Florida whose name is a nod to the first family home of the founding members. Yes, it is also apparently a police code for “drunk and disorderly,” which is kinda nifty.

Their sound is just one filled with energy and joy, and they’ve been around since about 2015. Take a listen to a couple of other offerings, and just go into the week with a tune in your heart knowing no matter what life tosses your way, “keep rolling.”
