It happens. Every now and again a confluence of events in the news culminates in a ‘what’s chapping my ass’ column. I find it helps, just to kind of spew it all out there, but in a somewhat organized fashion. As always these will be presented in no particular order. It’s just stuff that’s bugging me.

First up? The New York Post ran a story about the tax filings for BLM founder Patrisse Cullors and how she spent funds raised by the charity. Yes, it’s pretty bad. BLM raised somewhere around 90 million? And she had no problem spending a lot of it on herself and here friends and family. A lot. Here’s quote from the article: ‘A red flag that seemingly emerged from the tax records shows that Cullors was the foundation board’s sole voting director and held no board meetings.’ Ha! Ya think? Ya think that might be red flag? We agree. I’ll link the entire piece. It is a constant source of frustration when ‘Charities’ and those involved use funds on lavish lifestyles. Anyone remember the Red Cross after Sept. 11th? Same deal. Millions go in and then you’re amazed at what they actually do with the money. Supreme Court Leak. I’m with Justice Thomas with this one. He wonders how long we’ll have these institutions if we keep undermining them. People are flipping out over the very idea that abortion could be decided by the states. Shock! But if Judges can’t feel confident that their legal musings won’t get revealed for political gain? It’s all over. Self-censorship will rule instead of the law. Once we lose the law? It’s all over but the crying. Speaking of Censorship: Twitter! Left, Right or Center, we all know that Twitter ‘Steers’ the conversation. (We’ll try to be nice) It always seems that part of the ‘Steering’ includes silencing Right Leaning accounts. Well, now Project Veritas has released undercover video of Twitter engineers proudly admitting the bias. It’s wild to watch.
