It’s a skit about what happens when 911 can’t come to your home because they don’t have money for gas. Ouch. We wish this wasn’t based on actual events, but alas it is. Certain counties recently told residents they wouldn’t be able to respond to emergency calls because they didn’t have money left in the budget. Yikes!
