Remember the Colorado Bakery that wouldn’t ‘bake the cake?’ Dude is STILL in court.

Here’s one from out “What in the actual fuck” Dept. The Colorado Baker who refused to bake the wedding cake of a same sex couple because of his religious beliefs is still fighting court battles 10 years later. Yup. This all started back in 2012 when a gay couple filed a suit because Jack Phillips wouldn’t “Bake the Cake!” After that, the lawsuits just kept coming. The original lawsuit went all the way to the US Supreme court where they ruled in favor of the bakery. Side note: How crazy is that shit? A lawsuit over a cake and can you force a dude to bake it, went all the way to the supreme court. That is some idiotic shit right there.

But the lawsuits didn’t end! People seemed to line up to sue an openly religious dude because he wouldn’t ‘Bake the cake’ for their bullshit reason. Recently, someone who wanted to celebrate their transition from male to female. They asked for a cake because this poor bakery must be the only one in Colorado. Guess what? The bakery said no. Shock. So, of course they fired up the lawsuit machine.

Evidently, this is the 3rd court battle for the bakery who must just make the tastiest cakes on planet earth. At what point do we start dismissing these BS suits. Obviously, the guy is religious. He’s not going to make your ‘I love orgies with cannibals’ cake or whatever crazy ass message you had in mind. Does everybody get to sue? This feels like harassment at this point. Just come up with a crazy idea for a cake and when he says no… sue for discrimination. It’s nuts. So, how about this? Loser pays. When you lose your BS lawsuit? You pay everyone’s fines and legal fees. That would clear this shit up real fast.
